


SpecWarOps images were drawn from A&NZD's Editor John Hunter Farrell's personal files and from a wide spectrum of other sources ranging from ex-SAS Operators through to amazing pix drawn from the SASR's own photo cell.
When initially published in June 2002, SpecWarOps caused a major controversy with the book mentioned in parliament for lifting the lid on the highly secret world of the Australian SAS for the first time.
